These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dayflow website and services (the “Service”) operated by Crzysoft (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country to give consent to data processing) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at pankkum9@zohomail.in if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
- You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Your Content
You retain all rights to the content you create or upload to the Service (tasks, notes, dates, habits, images, and so on — your “Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and back up your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.
You are solely responsible for your Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to upload it. Do not upload Content you do not have the right to share.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Upload or share content that is unlawful, harassing, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, or harmful to minors.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, to other users’ accounts, or to underlying infrastructure.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written permission.
- Use bots, scripts, or other automated means to interact with the Service except via interfaces we explicitly provide.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the experience of other users (for example, by sending excessive requests or attempting to overload our infrastructure).
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our prior written permission.
5. Advertising
Parts of the Service are supported by advertising provided by Google AdSense. Ads are clearly labeled and never use the contents of your tasks, notes, or other private data. You can remove advertising by upgrading to a Dayflow Pro plan when one is available. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising cookies and your opt-out options.
6. Service Changes
The Service is provided as an evolving product. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Where reasonable, we will give you notice of material changes that affect existing data or paid features.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The Service is a productivity tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice. Do not rely on it for time-critical medication reminders, emergency information, or other high-stakes use cases.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crzysoft and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crzysoft from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your use of the Service, (ii) your Content, or (iii) your breach of these Terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, but provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including Sections 3 through 9 and 11 through 13) will survive.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, give you additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
