Dayflow

Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Crzysoft (“Dayflow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information about you when you use the Dayflow website and services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Account information — when you sign up we collect your email address and a password (stored only as a salted hash) or, if you sign in with Google or Apple, the provider-issued identifier and the email associated with your provider account.
  • Profile information — an optional display name and profile photo that you choose to provide.
  • Your content — the tasks, birthdays / important dates, notes, and habits you create in the app, including any images you attach. This content is stored only to operate the Service for you and is not used to target advertising.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Authentication cookies — we set a strictly necessary, HTTP-only cookie that contains your session refresh token so you stay signed in across visits.
  • Technical data — we record server logs containing your IP address, browser user-agent, and request timestamps to keep the Service running and to detect abuse.
  • Device tokens for push notifications — only if you explicitly opt in to push notifications.

Information from Third-Party Sign-In Providers

If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, those providers send us a verified email address and a stable identifier so we can recognize you on subsequent visits. We do not receive your password from these providers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Create and maintain your account and keep you signed in.
  • Display and synchronize your tasks, dates, notes, and habits.
  • Send reminders and notifications you have explicitly enabled (push or in-app).
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your tasks, notes, or other in-app content to train advertising models.

3. Advertising — Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense, an advertising service provided by Google LLC, to display advertisements on parts of the Service. As a third-party vendor, Google uses cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

  • Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings or, for participating advertisers, at aboutads.info/choices.
  • You can read more about how Google uses information from sites or apps that use their services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
  • If you upgrade to the Dayflow Pro plan, advertisements are removed from your experience.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use the following categories of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary — authentication and security (these cannot be disabled while you are signed in).
  • Preferences — your interface choices, e.g. theme and sidebar state, stored locally in your browser.
  • Advertising — cookies set by Google AdSense as described in Section 3. You can manage these via your browser settings or the Google opt-out links above.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region that requires affirmative cookie consent, we present a consent prompt before non-essential cookies are set.

5. How We Share Information

We share personal information only with the following categories of recipients, and only to the extent necessary:

  • Service providers — our cloud hosting provider for servers and databases, our content delivery and DNS provider, and push-notification gateways operated by Apple, Google, and Mozilla.
  • Authentication providers — Google and Apple, only when you choose to sign in using those services.
  • Advertising partners — Google AdSense, as described in Section 3.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • Other users — only the data you explicitly share with them through in-app features (for example, sharing a task with another user).

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete an item, it is removed from our production systems within a reasonable timeframe; copies may persist in encrypted, time-limited backups before being purged. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at pankkum9@zohomail.in.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including HTTPS in transit, encryption of authentication credentials, hashing of passwords with a modern, salted algorithm, restricted administrative access, and structured logging with redaction of sensitive fields. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to withdraw consent, or to object to certain processing. You can exercise most of these rights directly in Settings (profile editing, data export, account-level controls). For any request we cannot fulfill in-app, contact us at pankkum9@zohomail.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. International Transfers

Our servers and the servers of our service providers may be located in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in those countries, subject to appropriate safeguards.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, give you additional notice (for example, an email or in-app banner). Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
